WHO WE ARE

The Council of Australian Powerlifting Organisations (CAPO) is the Australian affiliate of the World Powerlifting Congress (WPC) and the GPC (Global Powerlifting Committee).

We are Australias largest and most prolific Powerlifting federation; running high quality contests throughout Australia including the annual Pro Bench Press Contest (in conjunction with the IFBB Australian Grand Prix) and INBA Powerlifting competitions (in Queensland).
