The National Powerlifting Championships will be held in Canberra on the  8 & 9th  of August 2009.

Deadline date for entries received is Friday the 24th of July 2009. Any late entries will be charged a $60 fee.

Entry Fees: Powerlifting $85, Benchpressing $60.

Day1-(Saturday)Weigh in is 24 hours for 2 hours before the lifter's flight starts and 2 hours before the flight starts only

Lifting order will be as follows:

10am Start - Men's Divisions:Teenage, juniors, novice and intermediates (these flights may change due to the amount of lifter) ,

2pm Start - All Woman

Day2-(Sunday)Weigh in is 24 hours for 2 hours before the lifter's flight starts and 2 hours before the flight starts only

Lifting order will be as follows:

10am Start - Benchpress

11am Start - Men's  Division:

There will be a presentation event held at 7.30pm at the Hog's Breath, Woden.

Men Raw: 3^rd grade

Men Equip: 1^st grade

Woman Raw: ^5th grade

Woman Equip: 3^rd grade

 Novice men and woman have no  qualifying standard
